The Amazon Prime Now class action settlement resolved claims that Prime Now LLC failed to compensate California warehouse employees for time spent undergoing mandatory COVID-19 temperature screenings. Current and former non-exempt workers who performed work in California between March 18, 2020 and July 5, 2021 and underwent those screenings may have been eligible for a share of the approximately $2,540,416.67 net settlement amount. The February 20, 2024 deadline has passed.
