Service role
SettleSignal provides settlement discovery, official-source summaries, deadline tracking, proof requirement context, and saved-claim organization. We are not a law firm, claims administrator, government agency, settlement fund, payment processor, or filing agent.
Official sources
Public settlement records should be reviewed together with the linked official settlement website, court notice, claim form, administrator page, or government source. If SettleSignal conflicts with an official source, rely on the official source.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of any information you store in your workspace. Saved claim answers are for personal organization and do not determine legal eligibility or payment approval.
Claim submissions
SettleSignal does not submit claims on your behalf. Only submit claim information through official settlement administrator or government websites, and only submit accurate information that you are authorized to provide.
Accuracy
We use official-source evidence, AI-assisted review, deterministic guardrails, and operational checks to improve quality. Settlement information can still change, expire, or be corrected by the administrator or court. Use SettleSignal as a starting point, not the final authority.
Availability
Features may change as the product moves from local MVP development toward production. Production subscription, notification, support, and data-retention terms must be finalized before public launch.
