The AlphaCentric securities class action settlement resolved claims that investors in the AlphaCentric Income Opportunities Fund (IOFAX, IOFCX, IOFIX) were misled about the fund's risks and strategy during a period of significant losses. Purchasers of Class A, C, or I shares between July 27, 2018 and March 22, 2020 may have been eligible for a share of the twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) gross settlement fund. The May 26, 2026 claim deadline has now passed.
