The National Football League concussion class action settlement is one of the largest sports injury settlements on record, with total payable monetary award amounts reaching $1,692,531,007 across 2,184 payable awards. Retired NFL players who have a registered status and a Qualifying Diagnosis — including Level 1.5 or Level 2 Neurocognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, or ALS — may be eligible, as may representative claimants acting on behalf of deceased or incapacitated players. Documentation is required to support a claim through the official settlement program.
