If you purchased, received, or owned a Shimano Hollowtech II Ultegra FC-6800, FC-R8000, Dura-Ace FC-9000, FC-R9100, or FC-R9100-P crankset manufactured before July 2019 with specific production codes KF through RF — or a bicycle equipped with one — in the United States, you may be eligible for an extended warranty, free enhanced inspections, and reimbursement of qualifying out-of-pocket expenses.
