Teva, Granules, and Heritage are defendants in a class action settlement over metformin-containing drugs that were recalled due to contamination concerns. If you purchased a metformin product manufactured, distributed, or sold by any of these three companies between July 20, 2015 and June 2, 2020 for personal or household use, you may be eligible to file a claim. The combined $5.55 million settlement fund covers both individual consumers and third-party payors. The official claim form must be submitted by July 10, 2026.
