Toyota Industries is the defendant in a class action settlement covering owners and lessees of Toyota internal combustion forklifts — models 1KD, 1ZS, 1FS, or 4Y — built between 2007 and 2021 and purchased or leased in the United States on or before January 20, 2026. Eligible claimants may receive between $1,000 and $2,500 per forklift on a pro-rata basis, plus one free service visit and potential warranty benefits. Proof of purchase is required. The claim deadline is September 22, 2026.
