Travelers Insurance and St. Paul Protective Insurance Company are defendants in a class action settlement covering New Jersey auto policyholders with Personal Injury Protection coverage who received a final PIP payment between April 14, 2017 and April 1, 2023 — where that payment fell within $3,000 of the policy limit but was less than the full limit. All class members receive an automatic $70 payment, while eligible claimants may receive up to 80% of the gap between their PIP policy limit and their actual payment. Note that the claim deadline of June 16, 2026 has passed.
