If Alpha Baking Co. notified you that your personal information was exposed in the January 2025 cyberattack, you can file a claim by June 22, 2026 for cash or free credit monitoring. You need to take action — nothing happens automatically.
Krispy Kreme Data Breach Settlement
If you're a current or former Krispy Kreme employee (or covered family member) who got a postcard notice about a data breach, you can file a claim for up to $75 cash with no paperwork, or up to $3,500 if you have documented losses. The deadline to file is June 22, 2026.
Alera Group data breach
If Alera Group notified you that your personal information may have been exposed in their August 2024 data breach, you can file a claim by June 29, 2026. You can get up to $3,500 if you have documented losses from fraud or identity theft, or about $50 with no documentation required. Everyone in the settlement also gets two years of free medical identity theft protection.
Bell Ambulance data breach
If your personal information was exposed in the February 2025 Bell Ambulance cyberattack, you can file a claim for cash or credit monitoring. You must submit a claim by June 29, 2026 — nothing is automatic.
Endue Software data breach
If your data was caught up in the February 2025 Endue Software cyberattack, you need to file a claim by June 30, 2026 to get anything. You can choose a quick $65 cash payment with no paperwork, or up to $2,500 if you have receipts for real losses, plus two years of free medical-grade credit monitoring either way.
CVC Data Settlement
If your personal or health information was exposed in the Cardiovascular Consultants Ltd. (CVC) data breach discovered in September 2023, you can file a claim by July 1, 2026. This is not automatic — you must submit a claim form to receive any payment or benefits.
Illinois Bone and Joint Institute Data Breach Settlement
If you got a breach notice from Illinois Bone and Joint Institute after a July 2024 data incident, you're in this settlement. You need to file a claim by July 1, 2026 to get anything — nothing happens automatically. LastPass Data Breach Settlement

Pawn America Consumer Data Breach Settlement
If your personal information was exposed in Pawn America's September 2021 data breach, you can file a claim by July 6, 2026. Filing is straightforward and proof is optional, so most people can submit without digging up documents.
PSEA data breach
If you got a notification from PSEA about a data breach in March 2025, you can file a claim by July 6, 2026 to get two years of free credit monitoring and either up to $5,000 for documented losses or a $50 cash payment with no paperwork. Anne Arundel Dermatology Data Breach Settlement
