Inotiv Data Breach Settlement (Doyal v. Inotiv Inc.)

If Inotiv Inc. sent you a notice that your personal information was exposed in its August 2025 data breach, you can file a claim for up to $500 for out-of-pocket losses, up to $4,000 for identity-theft/fraud losses, up to $80 for lost time, or a flat $45 cash payment with no proof needed, plus two years of free identity-theft protection. Claims are due December 2, 2026.
Official eligibility wordingAll persons in the United States who were sent a notice by Inotiv Inc. informing them that their Private Information was compromised in the August 2025 Inotiv Data Breach. Excluded: the Judge and the Judge's family and staff; Inotiv and its officers, directors, and related companies; and anyone who validly excludes themselves.
