If you think you qualify but no notice arrives, call Atticus at 1-800-201-1051 first to check your contact information; only if Atticus cannot confirm your eligibility do you need to submit documentation showing both that you worked for Reveille/Top Line in New York between January 1, 2019 and April 30, 2026 and that you earned but were not paid spread of hours pay. To claim for a worker who is deceased or unable to act on their own behalf, contact Atticus by October 31, 2026.
