• Who may qualify The class covers all individuals in the United States who were sent a notice of the Data Breach. People who opt out, Anixter and its officers, directors and related companies, the parties' attorneys, the Judge and the Judge's family and staff, and anyone who perpetrated the Data Incident are excluded.
• Estimated payoutAll Settlement Class Members may claim Identity-Theft Protection and Credit Monitoring and one or more of the cash payment options. Identity-Theft Protection And Credit Monitoring. All Class Members are eligible to enroll in one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete. This comprehensive service comes with $1 million in identity theft insurance. Expense Reimbursement. If you incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, you can get back up to $5,000.00. The losses must have occurred between July 17, 2023, and October 19, 2026. Lost-Time Reimbursement. Class Members who spent time responding to the Data Incident may claim up to three hours, at $17.50 per hour, for a maximum of $52.50. Alternative Cash Payment. Instead of any other cash payment option, you may claim a one-time $50.00 cash payment. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim this payment.
