Watch out for
- The opt-out and objection deadline was June 15, 2026. If you didn't opt out, you're automatically in the settlement and can still file a claim.
- The approximately $90 alternate cash figure is an estimate. The final amount depends on how many valid claims get filed — it could be higher or lower.
- The $2 million settlement pool is shared across all valid claimants, so individual documented-loss payments may also be affected by total claim volume.
- Payments won't go out until after the Final Approval Hearing on July 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Expect a wait after you file.
