AbleTo, a behavioral health platform, reached a class action settlement over allegations that prerecorded voicemails were sent to Aetna members without proper consent in violation of the TCPA. Current or former Aetna members who received a prerecorded voicemail from AbleTo between September 29, 2019 and February 3, 2026 may have been eligible for $23.00 per class member, paid by check. Note that the official claim deadline of June 3, 2026 has passed — only one claim per member was honored regardless of how many calls were received.
