A class action settlement has been reached against Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC (doing business as Royal Prestige) over allegations of unauthorized artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cellular phones. If you received such a call from Royal Prestige between October 22, 2020 and September 10, 2025, and did not have an account with Hy Cite, you may be eligible for between $600 and $1,000.
