Fidelity Information Services $210M Class Action Settlement
Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) settled a shareholder lawsuit alleging it misled investors about the benefits of its $48 billion Worldpay acquisition. The settlement provided a $210,000,000 recovery to the class, working out to roughly $0.42 per damaged share before deductions and about $0.32 after fees and costs. The claim-filing window has closed.
