Flex-N-Gate and affiliated entity Ventra are the subject of a $3 million class action settlement over alleged unpaid overtime for hourly production workers. Current and former hourly production employees who worked 40 or more hours in at least one workweek at nine covered locations between August 8, 2022 and February 25, 2026 may be eligible to file a claim. The official claim deadline is August 7, 2026, and proof of employment is optional.
