FMC Health is the subject of a $2.15 million class action settlement stemming from a data incident in July 2022 that exposed personally identifiable information and personal health information. All persons whose data was compromised in that incident — including those who received a notice from FMC Services — may be eligible to file a claim. The official claim deadline is August 31, 2026.
