Fortnite settlements

Fortnite was the subject of an FTC enforcement action resulting in a refund program for players affected by unauthorized charges and locked accounts. Players who were charged in-game currency for unwanted items between January 2017 and September 2022, whose children made unauthorized credit card charges, or whose accounts were locked during specified periods may have been eligible. The July 9, 2025 claim deadline for this settlement has now passed.
