Gandara Mental Health Center is the subject of a data breach class action settlement stemming from a security incident discovered in June 2024 that compromised private information. Massachusetts residents whose private information was exposed in that incident may be eligible to participate in the settlement. The official claim deadline is July 23, 2026.
