Interactive Brokers is the subject of a $5 million securities class action settlement over allegations related to its Automated Liquidation Algorithm Software. U.S. residents who held margin accounts at Interactive Brokers and experienced account liquidations — in whole or in part — through that system between December 18, 2013 and July 14, 2025 may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $5,000,000 settlement fund.
