Premier Nutrition is the subject of a false advertising class action settlement over its Joint Juice product, resolving claims across multiple states that the supplement was misrepresented to consumers. New York purchasers from December 5, 2013 through December 28, 2021 may be eligible for up to $50 per unit, while buyers in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Pennsylvania covering purchases as early as March 1, 2009 may be eligible for $10–$25 per unit.
