Publishers Clearing House reached a class action settlement over allegations that its promotional emails contained misleading claims about sweepstakes entries, surprise shipping and handling fees, and deceptive risk-free ordering and data privacy representations. Consumers who ordered from PCH after clicking one of those promotional emails may be eligible for a share of the $18.5 million settlement fund, with individual payment amounts determined by each claimant's PCH purchase history. No proof of purchase is required to file. The official claim deadline is July 29, 2025 — submit your claim through the verified claim form before that date.
