The Robinhood class action settlement addresses allegations that the brokerage's trade execution practices resulted in unfavorable pricing for customers. U.S. customers who placed qualifying equity trades between September 1, 2016 and September 1, 2018, where execution prices deviated unfavorably from the National Best Bid/Offer by more than $5.00 in aggregate, may be eligible for approximately $17.60 per person from a $2 million settlement fund. If you had a Robinhood account between September 1, 2016, and September 1, 2018, and your market orders were filled at prices worse than the national best bid/offer — costing you more than $5 total — you're covered. If your Robinhood account is still active and in good standing, your share will be credited automatically. If your account is closed or not in good standing, you need to file a claim by July 13, 2026.
