A class action settlement was reached against Scrubs & Beyond and Kindthread following a June 2024 data breach that exposed names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and employee IDs. Class members identified in 301 Scrubs' records as affected and who received official notice could have claimed up to $2,500 for documented losses, a $50 flat payment with no documentation, or two years of CyEx Identity Defense coverage. The claim deadline of May 18, 2026 has now passed.
