Tangoe reached a class action settlement following a November 2022 cyberattack that exposed sensitive personal information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, and medication information. U.S. residents whose private information was impacted may have been eligible for up to $750 for ordinary out-of-pocket losses, up to $5,000 for extraordinary identity theft or fraud losses, or up to $100 for lost time.
