The Computer Merchant $610K data breach settlement covers U.S. residents whose private information was potentially compromised in a data incident and who received notice of the breach. Depending on your losses, you may be eligible for up to $3,000 for extraordinary losses, up to $500 for out-of-pocket expenses, up to $100 for lost time, or an approximately $40 alternative cash payment.
