Urban One settlements

Urban One is the subject of a class action settlement following a targeted cyberattack on the company's computer systems in March 2025 that compromised employees' personal information. Current and former Urban One employees affected by the breach may be eligible for up to $10,000 for documented losses or lost time, up to $500 as a pro-rata cash alternative, or three years of CyEx Financial Shield Total credit monitoring. The claim deadline is August 31, 2026, and proof of loss documentation is required for the higher-tier claim.
