Cone Health MyChart and Website Tracking Settlement

Cone Health agreed to a settlement over claims it improperly tracked people using its website and MyChart patient portal. If you used the portal or submitted a form on a Cone Health website between September 1, 2016, and November 3, 2022, you can file a claim for an equal share of what is left in the fund.
