Payout: A settlement fund of no less than $1,625,000 has been agreed upon, which, after deducting attorneys’ fees, costs, an incentive award to the Class Representative (Vanessa Clermont) and settlement administration costs, will be used to pay Class Members who submit Valid Claims. Each Class Member will receive an equal share of the Settlement Fund. Cash payment amounts will depend on the total number of Valid Claims filed by Class Members and the amount of money remaining in the fund after making the deductions listed above.
