What was wrong with the Generac PWRcell systems?
The lawsuit claims that components called SnapRS devices in the PWRcell system can overheat, melt, or fail — causing the whole system to shut down or perform poorly. Generac denies the allegations, but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of continued litigation.
