Menards Performax and Masterforce bonded abrasive wheel
If you bought a Menards PERFORMAX or MASTERFORCE bonded abrasive wheel between June 10, 2018, and April 22, 2026, you're included in this settlement. You need to file a claim by July 7, 2026 to receive money or replacement parts. If you don't file, you get nothing.
Teva, Granules and Heritage metformin
If you bought generic metformin made by Teva, Granules, or Heritage between July 20, 2015 and June 2, 2020, you need to file a claim by July 10, 2026 to get any money from this $5.55 million settlement. Filing isn't automatic, so you have to act before the deadline.
Ashley Furniture Fiberglass Mattress Settlement
If you bought an Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena mattress between October 1, 2017 and June 30, 2024, you can file a claim for a shopping voucher from a $9 million fund. You need to file by July 17, 2026, but you don't have to dig up proof unless you want to.
Freedom Energy Oklahoma Earthquake Settlement
If you owned property in Oklahoma and had earthquake damage between January 19, 2019 and the settlement's effective date, you can file a claim for a share of a $2.6 million settlement fund. You need to submit documented repair costs, and the deadline is July 28, 2026.
Mitsubishi Outlander Hood Settlement
If you own or leased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and paid out of pocket to fix a hood defect, you can file a claim for reimbursement before July 30, 2026. Dealer repairs get 100% back; non-dealer repairs are covered up to $4,595. You'll need to submit proof, so dig up your receipts.
Shimano Defective Crankset Settlement
If you own or owned a specific Shimano Hollowtech II crankset (Ultegra FC-6800, FC-R8000, Dura-Ace FC-9000, FC-R9100, or FC-R9100-P made before July 2019), a class-action settlement gets you a free extended warranty and inspections. If you already paid to replace a crankset after the original warranty expired, you can file for reimbursement. The deadline to file a claim is August 4, 2026.
Skyline Apartments $800,000 Tenant Class Action Settlement
If you rented at Skyline Apartments in Syracuse, NY between 2017 and 2023, you can file a claim for a share of the settlement. You need to submit a claim form by August 8, 2026 — nothing happens automatically.

Bestway is settling a class action over certain AirJet and HydroJet spa pumps sold between 2021 and 2024. If you bought one of the affected models, you could get cash back — up to $75.
Generac PWRcell solar power systems
If you own or live in a home with a Generac PWRcell solar system bought before January 9, 2026, you're likely covered by this $15 million settlement. You need to file a claim by August 24, 2026 to receive any money.
Permobil SpeedControl Dial $4.1M Defective Product Settlement
If you bought or used a SpeedControl Dial for the SmartDrive MX2+ power assist device, this settlement sets aside cash for the class. There is a payment for everyone who files, plus extra reimbursement if you paid out of pocket to repair or replace the dial.
Toyota IC Forklift Emissions Settlement
If you own or lease a Toyota IC forklift with a 1KD, 1ZS, 1FS, or 4Y engine built between 2007 and 2021, you're likely covered by this settlement. You do need to file a claim by September 22, 2026 — it's not automatic. Each qualifying forklift could bring $1,000 to $2,500, plus a free service visit and potential warranty coverage.
Bestway Above-Ground Pools: $15,000,000 Settlement Over Compression Straps Outside the Support Legs
If you bought a Bestway-branded above-ground pool 48 inches or taller with compression straps on the outside of the support poles, sold 2008 through 2024, you can claim money from a $15,000,000 settlement. Payment is $40.00 without proof of purchase, or 10% of what you paid if you have a receipt.
Whirlpool Product Settlement
If you bought a Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, or JennAir side-by-side refrigerator made between 2018 and 2021 and had problems with the ice maker, water dispenser, or control panel, you could get 30–75% of your repair costs reimbursed or a free repair. You need to file a claim by November 2, 2026, and you'll need proof.
Hyundai and Kia Airbag Control Unit Settlement
If you owned or leased a Hyundai or Kia with a potentially defective airbag control unit, you can file a claim for cash. Recalled vehicle owners can get up to $350 plus reimbursement for actual out-of-pocket costs. The deadline to file is April 8, 2027.
Toyota Airbag Control Unit ZF-TRW Settlement
If you owned or leased a 2011-2019 Toyota Corolla, Corolla Matrix, Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, or Sequoia, you're likely covered by this $78.5 million settlement over a defective airbag control unit. You need to file a claim — nothing is automatic — and the deadline is December 11, 2028.

iFIT Product Settlement

CertainTeed Organic Shingles
If your property still has CertainTeed organic asphalt shingles under their original warranty, you can file a claim for a cash payment. The settlement covers shingles manufactured from July 1, 1987 through 2005 that show premature deterioration. You must file a claim form — nothing is automatic.
Claimants in $300M Juul settlement may receive additional payments

Zonolite Vermiculite Attic Insulation
If your attic has Zonolite brand vermiculite insulation, you can file a claim with the ZAI Trust for partial reimbursement of removal or containment costs. You need to prove the product is Zonolite brand and show what you paid. No filing deadline has been set yet, and the Trust is expected to operate for at least 20 years.
