• Who may qualify You may qualify if GeoLogics identified you in its records as someone whose private information was compromised in the December 2023 cyberattack. GeoLogics may have already sent you a notice directly. The class covers individuals whose names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, photo ID or driver's license, or Social Security numbers were in files accessed during the attack.
• Estimated payoutIf you incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, you can get back up to $2,500.00. Members may instead claim a one-time cash payment. This payment is expected to be $50.00. All class members receive two years of credit monitoring with $1 million of identity theft protection insurance included.
