• Who may qualify You qualify if HCF Management (or one of its affiliates) mailed you a data breach notice after the September 17, 2024 incident, because your personal information was stored on HCF's systems. The case covers both HCF employees and customers whose information was exposed.
• Estimated payout"All Settlement Class Members are eligible to claim three (3) years of free credit monitoring with $1,000,000.00 in fraud insurance. In addition, Class Members can also receive monetary relief including: (1) reimbursement for loss of time compensated at $20.00 per hour up to 4 hours ($80.00 dollars total); (2) reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket expenses and financial losses up to $400.00 per claimant; and (3) reimbursement for documented Extraordinary Losses up to $4,000.00 per claimant; or (4) an alternative cash payment in the form of $35.00 per claimant."
