Kia Georgia, Hyundai Mobis $11.5M TN Visa Settlement

1. Confirm you meet all four eligibility criteria: recruited by Total Employee Solution Support LLC, SPJ Connect Inc., or GB2G Inc. d/b/a Allswell; assigned to work at Mobis Alabama LLC d/b/a Hyundai Mobis or Kia Georgia Inc. in West Point, Georgia; received wages from Allswell; and held a TN visa at any time between Aug. 11, 2018, and the present.
2. Locate your settlement notice to find your notice ID, which is required to log in and file online.
3. Visit the official settlement website and log in using the notice ID from your settlement notice and your last name to access the online settlement distribution form.
4. Alternatively, print the PDF form (pages 78-79 of the settlement agreement) and mail or email it to the settlement administrator: Martinez v. Mobis Alabama LLC et al., c/o Atticus Administration, P.O. Box 64053, Saint Paul, MN 55164, mobisalsettlement@atticusadmin.com.
5. Complete all required fields: name, address, date of birth, gender, Social Security number (if any), whether you are or were a U.S. permanent resident or citizen, bank account or payment details for your chosen payout method, Medicare beneficiary status statement, and signature with date.
6. Select your preferred payout method: interbank electronic transfer, wire transfer (for international recipients), or paper check via FedEx/UPS or U.S. First Class Mail.
7. If your address changes before you receive payment, notify Atticus Administration promptly to ensure delivery.

What the form asks

• — Your full legal name and current mailing address (Your own personal records)
• — Your date of birth (Your passport, driver's license, or other government-issued ID)
• — Your gender (Your own personal records)
• — Your U.S. Social Security number, if you have one (Your Social Security card or tax documents)
• — Whether you are or were a U.S. permanent resident or citizen (Your immigration documents or green card)
• — Your bank account information for electronic/wire transfer, or your mailing address for a paper check (Your bank's online portal or a voided check for routing/account numbers)
• — A statement regarding your Medicare beneficiary status (Your Medicare card or records from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)
• — Your signature and the date you are completing the form (Sign the form yourself)

Watch out for

• To file an online claim, you must log in using the notice ID from your settlement notice and your last name — without this ID you cannot access the online form.
• Paper checks cannot be sent to 'domicilio conocido' addresses; choose a different payment method if this applies to you.
• Wire transfers (for international recipients) may be paid in installments.
• Half of the FLSA payment will be reported as W-2 wages with tax withholding, and half as 1099 liquidated damages without withholding — plan accordingly for taxes.
• All Rule 23 payments will be reported as IRS Form 1099 income.
• Class members assigned after Dec. 31, 2023, in Group 3 or Group 4 receive a reduced Rule 23 payment.
• The deadline to submit a request for exclusion from the class has already passed (May 14, 2026).
