Watch out for
- The opt-out and objection deadlines were June 16, 2026. If you missed them, you're still in the class and can file a claim, but you can no longer opt out or object.
- Settlement notifications went out by email on April 17, 2026. If you never got one but think your Maxar data was affected, call the Settlement Administrator at (833) 386-6494 or email info@MaxarSettlement.com.
- The claim deadline is July 16, 2026. Don't wait until the last day.
- Skip filing and you get nothing, and you also give up your right to sue Maxar Space LLC or Maxar Space Robotics LLC separately over this breach.
- No payments go out until the court gives final approval at the September 24, 2026 hearing.
