A settlement has been reached with Playstudios over the sale of virtual chips in its social casino games (myVEGAS, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, MGM Slots Live, myVEGAS Blackjack and Bingo). If you spent money on these apps while in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, or Massachusetts during the covered dates, you automatically get 27% of your spend back as in-game virtual currency, or you can elect to receive 23% as a cash payment instead by October 21, 2026.

- Estimated payoutNo fixed dollar amount. Do nothing: receive 27% of the amount you spent (less platform fees, Administrative Expenses, Attorneys' Fee Award, and Incentive Payments) in in-game virtual currency. Or file an Election Form to instead receive 23% of the amount spent (less the same deductions) as a money/cash payment. Money-payment elections are subject to an aggregate cap of 17% of the Total Settlement Amount; any reduction from the cap is paid in virtual currency.
