No Proof

1. Confirm you purchased one of the three covered Differin products (Daily Deep Cleanser 5% BPO, Acne Spot Treatment 10% BPO, or Maximum Strength Acne Foaming Cleanser) in the U.S. between January 1, 2020 and February 19, 2026 for personal, family, or household use.
2. Decide whether to file with or without proof of purchase: without proof you may claim up to three products; with proof there is no product limit.
3. Gather proof of purchase if claiming more than three products — acceptable forms include receipts, online order confirmations, emails from retailers, or credit card statements showing purchase amount, seller, date, and product.
4. Submit your claim online at the settlement website, or print and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator at the mailing address provided.
5. Choose your preferred payment method: Venmo, Zelle, digital Mastercard by email, ACH transfer, or physical check — and provide the required account details for that option.
6. If your contact information changes after filing, notify the claims administrator in writing at the mailing address.

What the form asks

Watch out for

• Only one claim form is allowed per household — the settlement administrator will reject multiple claims from the same household.
• The claim deadline has already passed; verify current status on the settlement website before filing.
• If total claims exceed the net settlement fund, payments will be reduced proportionally — the per-product amount is not guaranteed.
• Proof of purchase must show purchase amount, seller, date, and product; incomplete documentation may be rejected.
• You may redact unrelated personal information from proof of purchase documents before submitting.
