Watch out for
- You must have received a notice letter from PS Logistics — only individuals who were sent that letter are in the Settlement Class.
- Losses claimed under Cash Payment A must not have already been reimbursed by another source; reimbursed losses are explicitly ineligible.
- Self-prepared documentation such as handwritten receipts, by themselves, are insufficient to support a documented-losses claim.
- Losses under Cash Payment A must have occurred between the date of the data incident and the Claims Deadline — losses outside that window are ineligible.
- No payments will be issued until after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved, which may take additional time after the fairness hearing.
