STS Aviation Group Data Breach Class Action Settlement

1. Locate your unique ID and PIN from the settlement notice you received by mail or email.
2. Go to the online claim form at stsaviationsettlement.com/form/claim and log in with your ID and PIN.
3. If you cannot find your ID and PIN, email info@STSAviationSettlement.com with your full name and mailing address to request them.
4. Choose your benefit option: Option 1 (documented ordinary losses, extraordinary losses, or lost time) or Option 2 (alternative cash payment with no documentation).
5. If claiming ordinary losses, attach receipts or bank statements supporting each expense.
6. If claiming extraordinary losses, attach documentation of the loss, evidence linking it to the breach, and proof you sought recovery through other means such as insurance.
7. If claiming lost time, describe the time spent and check the attestation box on the form.
8. Select your preferred payment method (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, virtual prepaid card, or physical check).
9. Submit before the claim deadline or, if filing by mail, send to: STS Aviation Data Security Incident Settlement, c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799.

Watch out for

• Self-prepared notes or personal statements alone are not sufficient documentation for ordinary or extraordinary loss claims — you need receipts, bank statements, or similar third-party evidence.
• Extraordinary loss claims require proof that you attempted to recover the loss through other means (such as insurance) before turning to the settlement.
• The total settlement fund for cash payments is capped; if total valid claims exceed the cap, all payments are reduced proportionally.
• Filing nothing means you receive no payment and give up the right to sue STS Aviation Group separately.
• Opting out preserves your right to pursue separate legal action but means you receive no settlement benefits.
