Tesla Supercharger Idle Fee Class Action Settlement (California)

Tesla has agreed to a proposed class action settlement (subject to court approval) over Supercharger idle fees and Supercharger disabling for certain California owners who bought Supercharger-enabled Teslas before December 16, 2016. Eligible class members may claim a refund of idle fees paid, a $50 or $350 payment if Supercharging was disabled, or $10 if they no longer own the vehicle.
