Credit Monitoring: all Class Members are eligible to enroll in one year of CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which "comes with $1 million of financial fraud insurance." Cash Payment for Out-of-Pocket Losses: "If you incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, you can get back up to $2,000.00. The losses must have occurred between December 2024 and September 15, 2026." Lost Time: "Class Members who spent time responding to the Data Incident may claim up to three hours, at $20.00 per hour, for a maximum of $60.00" — this "counts toward the $2,000.00 cap on Cash Payments for Out-of-Pocket Losses." Alternative Cash Payment: "Instead of any other cash payment option, you may claim a one-time cash payment. This payment is expected to be $50.00, but may be smaller depending on the total claims filed. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim this payment." "There is a cap of $185,000.00 on the Alternative Cash Payments," and if the total value exceeds that cap "everyone's payments will be reduced pro rata.". Proof of purchase is optional.
