- Your vehicle must have been under 10 years old and under 120,000 miles at the time the repair was performed — not today's mileage.
- The opt-out and objection deadline is June 30, 2026. If you want to opt out to preserve a separate lawsuit, you must act before that date, not before the claims deadline.

- If you haven't had the repair yet, BMW Centers are required to provide no-cost sealing-defect repairs starting 60 days after the Final Approval Order — so you may not need to pay anything out of pocket going forward.
