GlaxoSmithKline is the subject of a class action settlement over false advertising claims tied to its BOOSTRIX vaccine marketing campaign. Adults who saw the Big Bad Cough advertising campaign between 2015 and 2020, lived in or received a vaccination in New York, and received Boostrix between May 20, 2016 and May 20, 2020 in order to protect another person from pertussis may be eligible. The settlement offered $10 without proof of vaccination, though the claim deadline has now passed.
