Goldman Sachs Bank USA is the subject of a class action settlement related to its handling of Apple Card disputes and Apple Card Monthly Installments (ACMI). Apple Card holders who experienced mishandled disputes, unauthorized transaction issues, or deceptive ACMI practices between August 2019 and October 2024 may be eligible for compensation.
