Liberty Mutual $6.5 Million New Mexico UM/UIM Settlement

Liberty Mutual, along with its affiliates and Safeco, agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle claims that it failed to properly credit New Mexico drivers for underinsured-motorist coverage.
