South Central Bank faces a class action settlement over overdraft fees charged on certain debit card and re-presented transactions. Customers who were charged APSN overdraft fees on signature-based debit card transactions when funds were sufficient, or who were charged retry overdraft or NSF fees on re-presented items, between October 4, 2009 and October 8, 2018 may be eligible for a pro rata share of the available funds.
