CertainTeed Horizon Shingles Settlement
If you own a building in the US with CertainTeed Fiberglass Horizon Shingles installed between 1995 and 2010, you could get compensation for replaced roof areas. You'll need to file a claim and provide proof of damage before March 2, 2030.
iFIT Product Settlement

CertainTeed Organic Shingles

Claimants in $300M Juul settlement may receive additional payments
A second, automatic payment from the $300 million JUUL settlement (Case No. 19-md-02913-WHO, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California) is going out to people who bought JUUL products before December 6, 2022, filed a claim, and cashed their first check. Because some class members never cashed their initial payments, the settlement administrator, Epiq Systems, Inc., is redistributing those leftover funds - an average of about $92.48, up to a maximum of $1,413.63 - directly to eligible claimants. There's nothing new to file; if you already cashed your first check, this payment comes automatically.
