Molloy v. Resident Home Mattress Discount Settlement
If you bought a mattress or bedding from Nectar, DreamCloud, Siena, CloverLane, or Awara between March 1, 2021 and April 10, 2026 at a 'sale' price, you can file a claim for a $30 voucher. You need to submit a claim form by August 18, 2026 — it doesn't happen automatically.
Ashley Furniture Fiberglass Mattress Settlement
If you bought an Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena mattress between October 1, 2017 and June 30, 2024, you can file a claim for a shopping voucher from a $9 million fund. You need to file by July 17, 2026, but you don't have to dig up proof unless you want to.
Mitsubishi Outlander Hood Settlement
If you own or leased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and paid out of pocket to fix a hood defect, you can file a claim for reimbursement before July 30, 2026. Dealer repairs get 100% back; non-dealer repairs are covered up to $4,595. You'll need to submit proof, so dig up your receipts.
Shimano Defective Crankset Settlement
If you own or owned a specific Shimano Hollowtech II crankset (Ultegra FC-6800, FC-R8000, Dura-Ace FC-9000, FC-R9100, or FC-R9100-P made before July 2019), a class-action settlement gets you a free extended warranty and inspections. If you already paid to replace a crankset after the original warranty expired, you can file for reimbursement. The deadline to file a claim is August 4, 2026.
Costa v. Whirlpool Corp. Refrigerator Settlement
If you bought a Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, or JennAir side-by-side refrigerator made between 2018 and 2021 and had problems with the ice maker, water dispenser, or control panel, you could get 30–75% of your repair costs reimbursed or a free repair. Hyundai and Kia Airbag Control Unit Settlement
If you owned or leased a Hyundai or Kia with a potentially defective airbag control unit, you can file a claim for cash. Recalled vehicle owners can get up to $350 plus reimbursement for actual out-of-pocket costs. The deadline to file is April 8, 2027.
Toyota Airbag Control Unit ZF-TRW Settlement
If you owned or leased a 2011-2019 Toyota Corolla, Corolla Matrix, Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, or Sequoia, you're likely covered by this $78.5 million settlement over a defective airbag control unit. You need to file a claim — nothing is automatic — and the deadline is December 11, 2028.
CertainTeed Horizon Shingles Settlement
If you own a building in the US with CertainTeed Fiberglass Horizon Shingles installed between 1995 and 2010, you could get up to $40 per square foot for replaced roof areas. You'll need to file a claim and provide proof of damage before March 2, 2030.
