Infiniti of Clarendon Hills $552,600 TCPA Settlement
Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, an Illinois car dealership, settled a Telephone Consumer Protection Act lawsuit for up to $552,600 after a customer said the dealership sent repeated marketing texts and calls to people on the National Do Not Call Registry. The case covered people who submitted lead information through Kelley Blue Book and then got multiple contacts from the dealership. The claim deadline passed on May 23, 2026, and the case is now closed.
AbleTo TCPA Prerecorded Voicemail Settlement
If you're a current or former Aetna member who got a prerecorded voicemail from AbleTo between September 29, 2019 and February 3, 2026, you could get $23. No proof is required to file, and the claim deadline was June 3, 2026.
Register.com robocalls
Register.com used prerecorded robocalls to reach phone numbers that had already been reassigned after disconnection, which may violate federal law. If you got one of those calls between February 12, 2021 and November 24, 2025 on a number that was reassigned to you, this settlement was for you. The claim deadline was June 15, 2026.
Athena Bitcoin Florida TCPA Class Action Settlement
Athena Bitcoin kept texting people after they said STOP, and there's a $4.5 million settlement to compensate them. You need to file a claim by June 30, 2026 to get a cash payment — nothing happens automatically.
Motive Technologies - Unwanted Calls

Royal Prestige (Hy Cite) called people's cell phones without permission, and there's a $4.75 million settlement to compensate them. If you got a robocall from Royal Prestige during the class period and weren't a customer, you need to file a claim by July 8, 2026 to get paid.
Farmers Insurance Exchange TCPA Settlement
Farmers Insurance Exchange settled a Telephone Consumer Protection Act lawsuit — Starling v. Farmers Insurance Exchange — over telemarketing calls and texts made by an independent agency, Todd Henderson Insurance Agency, marketing Farmers insurance. The case covered people who got two or more of those calls or texts between October 8, 2020 and March 13, 2026 and whose number appeared on a list produced in the lawsuit. The claim deadline passed on July 24, 2026, and the case is now closed.
