Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, an Illinois car dealership, settled a Telephone Consumer Protection Act lawsuit for up to $552,600 after a customer said the dealership sent repeated marketing texts and calls to people on the National Do Not Call Registry. The case covered people who submitted lead information through Kelley Blue Book and then got multiple contacts from the dealership. The claim deadline passed on May 23, 2026, and the case is now closed.
AbleTo TCPA Prerecorded Voicemail Settlement
If you're a current or former Aetna member who got a prerecorded voicemail from AbleTo between September 29, 2019 and February 3, 2026, you could get $23. No proof is required to file, and the claim deadline was June 3, 2026.
